Your TANDEM Concierge
TANDEM is preparing concierge-delivered support for everyday tasks and responsibilities. During preview, a shared calendar reservation does not reserve a named concierge.
Who is assigned
TANDEM services are intended to be delivered by assigned TANDEM Concierges. Named concierge assignment is not operational during preview.
When you get the details
A booking currently holds time on a shared calendar, not a specific person's availability. The team must arrange staffing and confirm provider details separately.
Confirmed or reviewed
Bookable services let you pick an open time. If your answers need a closer look, the time is held and reviewed — that is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
Questions about your appointment
Reply to your booking confirmation email, or use Ask a Question. Both reach the TANDEM team.
Senior support is nonmedical: companionship, errands, and practical help — not clinical care or medical advice.
A few examples of pricing
Every service has an approved price, listed with its billing unit.
Grocery shopping and delivery
$60 per visit (plus groceries)
Send us your list and we shop at one store and deliver the groceries to your home, usually within about an hour. The $60 service fee does not include the cost of groceries, which are paid separately. Prepaid grocery pickup and curbside service are not currently offered.

$19 per walk
A 30-minute walk for one dog, tailored to your dog and your instructions. Arrival administration is additional to the walking time. Pet behavior and access are reviewed before booking.

$35 per hour
2-hour minimum
We help you sort belongings, reduce clutter, and organize household spaces at your pace. Billed by the hour with a two-hour minimum. Supplies and storage products are separate.

$40 per service
Patient help with everyday device use, settings, and basic functions. Takes up to about an hour. You keep control of your passwords and accounts.
View serviceA $4 TANDEM service fee is added to each booking (notary and transportation services excepted). Groceries, supplies, and other purchases are separate and paid at actual cost. Hourly services are billed for time worked, within the stated minimum.
