What to Expect
Independent Contractor Model
TANDEM works with independent contractors. Future task offers require acceptance and separately agreed compensation. Customer hourly prices are not contractor wage rates.
No Surprise Charges
Fixed prices cover the described service. Additional work or charges require your approval before proceeding. Services marked as hourly are billed by actual time.
Planned, Not On-Demand
TANDEM is a scheduled, pre-arranged service. We don't offer on-demand rides or emergency response. Requests are reviewed and confirmed before any work begins.
